They’ll create a personalized itinerary that strategically maps out the best order to follow for each of your park days – all based on your kids’ ages, heights, favorite characters and Disney must dos.
Before Your Trip
Your personal Concierge Planner will hold a pre-trip meeting with your family two weeks before you travel. They’ll go through a brief Disney 101 lesson, the ins and outs of Disney’s Lightning Lane System, and your personalized itinerary for the park days. Questions? They’ve got you covered!
During Your Trip
While you’re at Disneyland, your personal Concierge Planner will check in daily via text and be ready to make any changes on the fly and answer any questions that pop up! We want you to relax and have fun – not wait in lines to get answers.
